Aramco offered to its guests an event due on the growing synergy between China and Saudi Arabia, celebrating the signature of the Joint Venture between Aramco and Sinopec for the opening of the Yanbu refinery. 400 guests, the management and the shareholders of both companies, lot international medias and importants politics like the Petrol Ministrer, mr. H.E. Ali I Al Naimi.
The event was into the petrol center Al Ghawar in Dhahran, into Aramco base.
The international press conference has been done into the permanent structure near the main building.
Simmetrico and Moments International developed the creative concept and managed a multi projection system, a set up design, a light installation made to dress with lights the structures, a sound system and a translators system.
The main concept of the project due to represent the two worlds : the Chinese and the Saudis that get together into the final signature ceremony.
The set up is made with a decor composed by three screens with bowed outlines to create an interesting shapes game. The central screen is the stages fulcrum and the laterals embrace the central one to focus on that. This is the surface fot the multiprojections and fits perfectly to the clients exigencies, giving to guests differents video contents at the same time.
To show the two different worlds, the Chinese and the Saudis, the light design project is made with the colors that represents the two nations : the red and the green.
The graphic project is also coherent with the bicolor theme.
At the end of the event the 400 guests moved to the lunch area guided by a three dimension logo animated of Yasref and welcomed into a hall with customized arches. A mobile screen shows during the lunch the synergy between the two countries from 1997 to the current time. Nearly to that screen other three video intallations report the most important moments of the two companies to arrive to the joint venture’s signature.
