The iDiscover closing ceremony events: Moments international have invested in both pre-organization, and on-site event management to deliver the best possible customized results.
A group of International and local crew have worked closely, to study on how to give a fresh and modern look to each of the 4 appointed locations with contents, design, and customized elements.
The locations were visited by both the production and the technical team before each and every event, to ensure that the correct technical requirements for lights, sound, and screen, to be delivered. Local suppliers were searched in advance for on spot solutions, and all the minor details were coordinated delicately with the venue owners ahead of time, to avoid delays during the installation.
