“A FIRST-TIME INITIATIVE TO BOOST PUBLIC MORAL AMID TIME OF PUBLIC CLOSURE”
As a stand of solidarity with national efforts to limit the spread of COVID-19, the Client King Abdulaziz Center for World Culture Ithra conceived and perceived a cultural parade aiming to boost public moral amid times of public closure. The seven hour parade is a first-time initiative featured decorated wagons making their way through different neighborhoods in Khobar, Dhahran, Dammam, and Qatif .
The parade consisted of four wagons themed around theater, culture and eid candies which traveled across more than 34 neighborhoods in the Eastern Province.
